Four Pines PT is a PT owned private practice with multiple locations. We are inside Legacy Lodge Assited Living in Jackson, WY, a private office in Jackson, WY and a private office in Alpine, WY. We offer interventions for surgical and non-surgical orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, headache, vestibular rehab, fall risk, geriatric rehab, lymphedema, pelvic dysfunction, pre-natal/post-partum and office ergonomic assessments. We provide specialty treatments including trigger point dry needling, rehabilitative Pilates, FMS, running assessments, custom ACL bracing and custom orthotics.

Four Pines Physical Therapy has been serving Jackson, WY since 1997 and Alpine, WY since 2016.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Representatives of Four Pines PT are active within our state association (WYPTA) as well as on a Federal level. Four Pines PT is a member of the Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Oncology, Women's Health and Private Practice Sections of the APTA. We are active within our community and are represented at local health fairs and sporting events.
